Selective logging prior to construction
Log is processed with a Diesel Hydraulic Bandsaw
Log peeled & processed into a 'Cant'
The onboard computer is set to selected board size
The 'cant' is then ready to be cut into boards
Boards of different length & thickness are stacked to air dry
Lumber for interior applications is stacked to dry in the solar kiln
Boards are re-milled, Planned & Shaped per project specifications
Un-trimmed lumber is kept for rustic applications
Each component is specifically milled for each client's style
And each home design
